What is the typical delivery timeframe for furniture?

Most of our standard furniture pieces are delivered within 7-14 business days. For custom or oversized items, please allow up to 4 weeks for white-glove delivery and assembly.

What is your return policy for home decor?

We offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, bedding and pillows cannot be returned once the seal is broken.

Do you offer fabric and material samples?

Yes, we want you to feel the quality of Spirit in person. You can order up to five fabric swatches or wood finish samples free of charge through our 'Request Samples' page.

Are Spirit products covered by a warranty?

All Spirit furniture pieces come with a 2-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects and structural integrity under normal residential use.

How can I track my order status?

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link. You can also log into your Spirit account to view real-time updates on your shipment's progress.
